Pretty pinafore

Here is another little dress for Ava. Love the fact that I squeezed this out of a remnant. The fabric once belonged to a dear friend who is no longer with us, she would have liked to see Ava wearing it.

Coin Purse

I have been making little stitched purses with my students. Hand embroidery which has been given a coat of wax to make it more durable. I am now working on a bigger version.

Circle Prints

I cut some of my prints into circles to make some layered backgrounds for cards.

Call the Midwife

I had been wanting to make this blanket for some time. It is a old pattern which has a revival after being spotted on the tv show.

I wasn't sure how it would turn out in this bright colour way but very happy with the result.

Christening Card

I decided to make a stitched card for my Grandaughter's Christening so it would be something to put in a frame . Simple appliqué and machine stitching.

Crochet Cardigan

Although this pattern was a little challenging in parts it has a lovely drape and is so pretty.
