Wednesday again so a little peek at what's happening or not on my desk......

I have been working on the Wedding Journal that I started last week.........here is a little peek

 

The flowers you can see are a little experiment with a flower loom and a variety of threads which I hope to include in some embroidery projects.

There was so much detail in these photographs that the layout remained very subtle and bridal. Heart die cuts were added to an embossed white background, delicate crystal sprinkles were scattered across the pages.

More Gerberas, scrolls and some pearl decorations. Snippets of Vintage Lace in a gold tone were added to reflect the outfit worn by the Mother of the Bride.

 

 

Whats on your workdesk Wednesday? 244

Well I don't know what happened but I missed last week completely....one minute it was Monday and suddenly it was the weekend again! There had been plenty going on, some prep for workshops and much Wedding planning including the shopping trip for the Mother of the Bride outfit. Now don't get me started on how bad some of those are...you see being the quirky artistic type.....well I will keep you in suspense a little longer!!

Here is my desk this week...I have started a journal on the wedding as there have been so many funny moments and things people have said that I wanted to document them all for her.

 I am aiming for a sketchbook / teenage diary style....that is a plate of Haggis at the bottom of the page...long story!

I finished all the favours with the seed hearts and am very pleased with the result. Order of Service and Menus on the way too. How organised am I??
