WOYWW? 221

Well I managed to miss last week completely as a rush of life took over and my creative desk seemed a million miles away. Did I miss much??

Here is my desk this week, sorry not much snooping research for you, just me showing off a new toy!

Yes, it was a naughty purchase, but boy can it do some clever stuff and I have barely got started with it. The main reason excuse for my purchase is to make paper cut style wedding invitations for my Daughter. So far I have designed some birth samplers, wedding samplers, cards, boxes and even cut out a Pepper Pig as requested by my Grandson.

Here is a sneaky peek at one of the samplers which I can show in full next week.

So if you are wondering what WOYWW is all about follow the link to Stamping Ground where you will be able to visit desks from all around the world.

Have a great week and I hope to be a bit better at visiting you all this week.

  4. Oh Karen, I am sooo jealous. I asked BH for one for Christmas but I can't see it happening. Someone at craft club has one and she keeps turning up with the most beautiful things and making such special cards.
I will be watching closely to see what you produce with it.

  5. Oh my word - what complicated things you can make - and these are only for starters! Do have fun.
Life does get in the way sometimes, Karen - but don't worry about it - I posted last week, but didn't even put up a photo - as a pristine white desk is most definitely NOT what folk wish to see - hadn't done a thing - too busy!
Have lots of fun with your new machine.

  8. What a machine. I don't know a thing about "die cutting" that a lot of WOYWWers blog about. Now I get it!!! Okay I want one, not sure for what but looks like lots of fun! Have a great WOYWW week! Rasz #120

  9. Hello, I am sending this to everyone. Im sorry I am not going to be able to get to all the desk and I have now lost my sheet of paper that I was writing them down on. I don't think my cat is going to make it through the night to even see the vet. She is old just like my dog so I guess they are going to get sick at the same time or so. I just going to copy and paste and sorry to every one that I didn't get to read.. I just cant do it right now. Thank you Roberta 40 and bright blessings to all.
