Today has been all about the sewing, my trusty machine has been working hard as I start to make gifts for Christmas presents. So sadly I cannot share just yet.
Here is my desk today, There has been a little indulgent re-arrangement this week and a bit of prettying up.
As you can see there is another Papier Mache visitor on my desk and the makings of a card.
I coloured some acetate with Pro Markers and decided to go bling-tastic with the gems!
Thank you all with the name suggestions for my Rabbits, I have decided to go with Flora and Herbert.
So if you are wondering why I am showing my desk pop over to Stamping Ground where you will be able to visit many more.
I spy a lovely bunny in the making & a fab hedgehog also on the shelf. great card , happy woyww Jill #39
ReplyDeleteOh it does look pretty - how come my distress ink sponges look dirty and ragged in their collection tin, and yours look pretty and colourful in a pot on a shelf?!! Great light in your room too, lovely. Am super impressed at your sewing for Christmas pieces already. I have good intentions, does that count?!
ReplyDeleteYour card is really beautiful :) Uniflame - 68

Karen, I love you shelf in the background...did you have it custom made?
ReplyDeleteNot sure which shelf you mean, the larger cubes are CD racks on the side. The ink racks were for the purpose, there are quite a few online places to order them.
DeleteI think your chosen names are perfect but wonder have you a name for your hedgehog? Lovely card, I thought it was some fabric at first glance.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me yesterday - sorry I am a bit behind. Hugs, Neet 24 xx
Love the acetate colouring and the gems really add to it :)
